The True Crime is Ethics. Reasons why all journalism Mislead subjects such as GamerGate!

“Nothing is True everything is permitted.” (Assassin Creed)

Truth hides in the ambiguity of opinion & this has shown true to controversial topics on the internet. It seems to benefit the host to skew controversial topics in convenient times & through a series of unfortunate events, everything that a topic has sought to claim has be scrutinized over assumptions.

I would think it sexist to say that based on gender, one would not be less liable of equal accusation of being unethical.

So I don’t understand how pointing out both male & females of being unethical, & that it must be sexist when that accused is a woman. It was just sexist, not misinformed. If it had been an allegation that wasn’t true it could have been stated, but all allegations were simply plagued as SEXIST & thus the controversy has begun.

Things are much easily defended when they are controversial. All allegations can be deterred to a simple lull of a few words, “That is sexist…”

What of the unethical behavior?

How about the obvious skew of sensationalized material?

Where is the balance & freedom from Bias?

The opinion is clear in all anti-gamergate journalism; it is to clearly state the audacity gamergate has against women & how ignorant they are in every aspect known to man. Now don’t get me wrong, this article is not an opinion piece this is an observational one.

The majority of people that I’ve asked about gamergate have largely been the same, a topic of feminism. Friends, strangers, gamers, male & female all said the same thing. Though their knowledge of it’s history were nothing more than the controversial topics that became viral on the internet. So it was to be expected, but after being told thoroughly of the intentions of gamergate being a strive for ethical reform in gaming journalism. Well, I was shocked… I didn’t know how to put A & B together, I initially thought that as a gamer I would want this. But apparently controversial topics win, how do I know this? I was in an interview with Al-jazeer TV with a few others about the topics of Journalism.

From the interview, I had high hopes of finally getting an honest view of gamergate being a positive motivation to the community. But I was wrong… seeing as how skewed the end result was edited it was absolutely clear that this was not a topic to be clear & just but rather popular & menacing.

The balance of justice is broken with the media, all form or fashion seem to depict one side & one side only. THE CONTROVERSIAL SIDE. So it is clear to me that this is not a discussion that is left with much debate other than what it popular & unfortunately popularity does not depict logic or correctness.
